Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. List Cloud Inc. ("List Cloud", "we").

1. What we collect

Account data you provide (name, email, workspace details), API usage metadata (timestamps, token counts, error codes — not your full prompts by default on paid plans), billing information processed by our payment provider, and basic analytics about site visits.

2. What we use it for

Operating the service, metering and billing, preventing abuse, improving reliability, and communicating with you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your production API content to train models without your explicit permission.

3. Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required by law. API logs rotate on short schedules; you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, after which we remove it within 30 days except where retention is legally required.

4. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), secrets are stored hashed or in vaults, and access to production systems follows least-privilege with audit logging. No method is perfect; rotate any key you suspect is exposed.

5. Your rights

Request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data through your workspace admin or the contact channel on the Enterprises page. We respond within 30 days.

6. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be announced in the console and take effect 30 days later. Continued use means acceptance.
