Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026. List Cloud Inc. ("List Cloud", "we").
1. The service
List Cloud provides machine-learning models and APIs, including chat, reasoning, code, and tool-calling endpoints, plus a developer console, documentation, and support channels. Features may change as the platform evolves; we will document breaking API changes in advance.
2. Accounts and keys
You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep keys secret, rotate them if exposed, and notify us of unauthorized use. Workspace keys carry credit budgets; calls stop when the budget is exhausted.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, attack systems, generate CSAM, or build surveillance used to harm people. Do not resell raw API access as a competing API service, scrape the service to train competing models, or circumvent usage limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your content and our models
You own your inputs and, subject to third-party rights, the outputs you generate. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including verifying accuracy before relying on them. We do not use your production API data to train models without your explicit permission.
5. Billing
Usage is metered per call against your plan or key budget. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with 30 days notice; continued use after the notice period means acceptance.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for violations, non-payment, or legal reasons, with notice where practical.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms: contact your workspace admin or reach us through the Enterprises page.
